Since the age of 15
years, Gene has been thrilling audiences with his #1 rated Elvis
show - The Elvis Legacy. Gene's live vocals have a
three-octave range. This great range means that Gene can sing any Elvis song - from "Heartbreak Hotel" to "My Way" with
ease.
Gene's costumes are exact replicas of Elvis'
outfits.
In 1994, Gene appeared with the Jordanaires and DJ
Fontana - both of whom worked with Elvis.
In 1995, Gene
appeared in a World Wrestling Federation Commercial and on the cover
of the WWF Magazine.
In 1998, Gene won 1st place in
the Eastern New York Elvis Impersonator Contest held in Queens, NY.
In 1999, he was a finalist in the Las Vegas
competition for the "Images of Elvis" contest, which is one
of the most highly respected contests. The following day, July 17th,
Gene was on the front page of the "Las Vegas Sun" in full
color.
Gene was also featured in the movie "Almost
Elvis".
In 2001 he won the Michigan Elvis Showdown and was
the M.C of Michigan's Elvis fest for 3 years in a
row.
He is a featured performer in the Mega Elvis Mega event
in New Jersey "Aloha from Toms
River". . In 2003 Gene hosted
the first annual Toledo Elvis Festival.
In March 2004 Gene
will be making his 4th appearance at the annual Tribute Artists show
in Davenport Iowa, recreating the Blues Brothers with
partner Quentin
Flagg.
Gene has also been producing oldies shows
with some of the biggest names in music such as Larry
Chance and the Earles and Kenny Vance as well as Elvis competitions
and festivals.
He was nominated as best supporting actor in a
2002 film short at the Christian Film Festival.
For 2 years
in a row Gene, along with Quentin Flagg, have had the honor of
performing the Blues Brothers at the annual Elvis dinner
held in Memphis and hosted by Marian Cocke
Charlie Parks of
the ExSpence Account Show Band said " No one I'd rather work with on
stage than Gene".
Patty Parry, a friend of Elvis
said "I knew that when Gene hit the stage the place will erupt, he's
so full of life".
Whether it's a big time concert or
a small club event, Gene's presence is always a crowd
pleaser.
